| Do you have a photo or special artwork to print? Some photos and artwork, particularly those taken off the Internet, look jagged and blurry when printed. These images have been reduced in resolution to make them load faster on the Internet, and you can not convert these low resolution files into high resolution. You must start with a high resolution file. For the best results, send us the original images from your digital camera or the orginal artwork. We cannot reproduce copyrighted material without a release. |
We will accept your digital file in the following formats. Any files presented will have a minimum charge.
PDF- This allows us to open and print your file as presented. Minimum charges apply. Hourly charges apply if any adjustments are made to your file. Please consult our art department for minimum margins and print sizes for your project.
Adobe InDesign- must be packaged with all fonts and links. Hourly charges apply.
Adobe Photoshop- best saved as a pdf file. We will accept your raw psd file. Hourly charges apply.
Adobe Illustrator- all type must be outlined, best saved as a pdf. Hourly charges will apply.
Microsoft Word- if compatible, we will open and print as presented. Any adjustment will be billed at the hourly rate.

Or any other file type not mentioned as acceptable
* Brochures and folded projects must have the proper margins and panel sizes, otherwise we are unable to print your project. Please consult our art department before submitting trifold projects.
* Proofs will be provided at no additional charge. Proofs are provided to make sure that all information that you have provided is correct. Changes or editing the proof will incur additional charges at the standard hourly rate.
* We are happy to try to overprint customer provided stock, however, setups must be provided and we cannot guarantee that your stock will work. WE DO NOT OVERPRINT COMMODITY ENVELOPES.
